Who We Are
RES Energy Solutions (RES) is a regional market leader in the distribution of specialty products, solutions, and services for the natural gas compressor and industrial horsepower markets. We serve as a critical partner to the owners and operators of natural gas compressor fleets and industrial horsepower equipment, helping keep their operations running safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
What We Do
We provide the products, parts, and services that keep natural gas compressors and industrial engines running around the clock.
We partner with premier manufacturers — including TDI, CPI, Enovation Controls, Cooper Machinery Services, FW Murphy, and Kenco — to bring our customers a superior, reliable product offering backed by knowledgeable staff and certified technicians who troubleshoot, repair, remanufacture, and test equipment returned from the field.
Our Mission
We make life easier for our customers in the gas compressor and industrial horsepower markets.
- Air starters: including TDI air starters, our flagship product line, used to start natural gas and diesel engines 500 horsepower and above. RES is TDI's largest domestic distributor.
- Compressor parts: OEM replacement parts to keep equipment in peak condition.
- Instrumentation and controls: Monitoring critical vitals like temperature, pressure, speed, vibration, and fluid levels.
- Lubrication systems: Ensuring proper lubrication for high-speed, metal-on-metal components.

- Technical Depth. Our certified technicians troubleshoot, repair, remanufacture, and test equipment returned from the field, and our team acts as a technical resource that guides customers through complex, technical sales rather than just selling parts.
- Trusted Manufacturer Partnerships. As TDI's largest domestic distributor and a partner to leaders like CPI, Enovation Controls, Cooper Machinery Services, FW Murphy, and Kenco, we bring our customers a product offering backed by real manufacturer relationships, not just a parts catalog.
- Growing Machine Services Capability. Our Fort Worth-based remanufacturing, repair, and assembly operations are a growing part of our business, giving customers lower cost, higher quality, and shorter lead times.
